Return and cancellation Policy

www.desertbazar.com is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with any products have ordered from www.desertbazar.com.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

At www.desertbazar.com we offer an EASY 7 DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items bought from www.desertbazar.com.

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.desertbazar.com you will be provided with a Credit Note of your Purchase Value, if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only Online at www.deserbazar.com

Kindly Note:

Credit Note will be valid for three months from the date of issue. This code can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be use partially. You can use this credit note for the purchase of same value or higher value.

In the unlikely event that any Goods you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if Goods delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the Goods unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging, for a return or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

For return Goods to us kindly call www.desertbazar.com customer support care at on +971 58 595 2162, and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the Goods to be collected from the delivery address through our team or courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the Goods at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible.

Note we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any Goods, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the Goods is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the Goods, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at ( 058 595 2162) or e-mail us at sales@bmpllcuae.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns/Exchange through courier collection:

Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for Goods with the same price as the said Goods being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement Goods requested and our Customer Care Associate will confirm, if the said Goods is available in available stock and whether the exchange can be made.

The refund against a return request made to www.desertbazar.com customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the Goods in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

After the Goods is received by www.desertbazar.com and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of Goods we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:

www.desertbazar.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.desertbazar.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.desertbazar.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

Shipping Policy

www.desertbazar.com supplies to United Arab Emirates.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, and Credit Card as a method of Payment.
Shipments will be delivered within 1-5 days for most of the areas.
Once goods is out for delivery from stores customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
Orders of less than AED 100 will be charged AED 10 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 100 or more will be delivered free.
We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery without any extra charges

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
